Shipping policy

Every DuPage Routine item is printed or produced to order, so each order has two stages: production, then transit.

Production: typically 2–7 business days to print and prepare your order.
Transit: standard shipping is added after production — usually a few business days within the U.S.

Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks total. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages, since different products are sometimes produced in different locations. There's no extra shipping charge to you when this happens.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other events outside our control.

If we can't ship within the time stated above — or within 30 days, if no time was stated — we'll email you with a revised date. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund. If we can't reach you, we'll cancel and refund you automatically.

Until your order reaches you it remains our responsibility. If it arrives damaged, or never arrives, see our refund policy.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at info@dupageroutine.com and we'll try to update it before production begins.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your order as lost or stalled, email info@dupageroutine.com and we'll help locate it or arrange a replacement.
